Who do I contact about my Styled Shoot request?

What items can we use for the styled shoot?

  • Up to 12 white padded folding chairs, gold & silver chiavari chairs,

  • Up to 12 charger plates

  • 2 Royal Throne chairs available

  • 1 Royal Throne Loveseat

  • Up to (2) 6 foot tables

  • (2) tablecloths available in 6 foot or 8 foot

  • (12) napkins

  • (1) single panel pipe and drape.

    As much as we would like to highlight all of our rental items, we are only able to bring 1 style of chair, so please keep this in consideration when choosing rental items. Please be mindful of chair-to-door dimensions to ensure the needed items can fit through venue doors via-dolly. Check out our inventory here

 How far in advance should I place my order?

As soon as the venue and the shoot date is chosen, please send your request immediately.

Is there a fee to use the rental items for my shoot?

For most styled shoots we do not charge a fee, due to the exchange of final images. However, if the shoot location is beyond 30 miles of 33807 we charge a $.75 fee per mile. If you would like confirm your travel fee please contact us.

What time is delivery and pick up? ill Any Event Linen & Chair Rental deliver my rental items?

An Any Event team member can arrive as early as 9am to set up for the styled shoot. We do prefer to have shoots that end during business hours (we all enjoying spending time with our families after work). If your styled shoot ends after 6pm, please let our team know, as a fee may apply.

If I need to make a payment how is that handled?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express.

What if a rental item happens to get damaged or lost?

All linens & chairs have a listed replacement value. If linen(s)/chair(s)/cushion(s)/charger plates(s)/pipe and drape/tables or any rented equipment that belongs to Any Event Linen & Chair Rental is lost or returned torn, burned, wax/candle drippings, mildewed or soiled beyond cleaning, the replacement value will be charged in addition to the rental charge. Any Event Linen & Chair Rental retains the ownership of the damaged linen and chair. The customer agrees that the replacement cost is not a purchase of the damaged linen.
